Individual and Family Services

Often, those who find themselves most in need of legal services are least able to afford them. RICLAPP will provide legal counsel and services to individuals and families whose annual income is up to 300% above the federal poverty line. Those who have an annual income at or below the poverty line are qualified for pro bono services. RICLAPP is prepared to work with individuals and families on a variety of civil issues such as, housing, education, and employment.

RICLAPP believes that legal counsel and representation should not be beyond anyone's reach. Our sliding fee scale for individual and families is dependent on their annual income.

To determine which income bracket you fit into, please review the Annual Income Chart . Once you determine your income bracket, you will be able to find the prices that apply to you.
